Vocalist Steve Brian was in Army basic training when his lone single was released in April of 1959 on the New York City based Cleff-Tone Records label. The label disclosed plans for an extensive personal appearance promotion tour when he concluded his basic training in June of that year. It appears as if that rare single may have been his only release on record. The single, "If You Believe" b/w "Love Train," features a moody, teen ballad with a vocal chorus on the A side, and a sax fueled, up-tempo rocker on the flip.
