Reviews:

"SexyBack" had us perplexed at first. Because personally, we hadn't noticed that "sexy" had ever left the popscape, nor did we anticipate that it'd be departing any time soon. But maybe sexy is just one of those things that's always "coming back," like Rock. In any case, there's no arguing the point-if Justin sez it's so, then so it is, especially when he's got Timbaland doing Neptunes impressions on the decks. Tim's hardly the only guest here-FutureSex/LoveSounds is, as you might expect, an all-star affair. Rick Rubin (who really does seem a little too available these days, you know?) kicks in, as do india.arie., Nelly Furtado, T.I., and Mario. Looking at Justin in that dark, classy suit on the cover, you may wonder if he's bringing some Mod-ish chic back into R&B as well. But the real question is, can Justin pull off a song called "Your Tongue Like the Sun in My Mouth"?
