A real adventure in big-band futurism. Parker himself contributes double reeds and ngoni, and the 14 other musicians play instruments as unlikely as oud and banjo, along with more conventional strings, horns and percussion. But the dominant sound here is the indescribably unique voice of Sangeeta Bandyopadhyay.
