Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy
All items are final sale once shipped unless there is something wrong with your order, like a manufacturer error.
IF that is the case, please email us at soundrewards@plan9music.com and include your order number, as well as a detailed explanation of what is wrong- a picture or video will help as well. We will then let you know if it is eligible for a return or exchange and give you instructions on shipping it back to us.
Restocking Fee
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
Exchanges
If your item is deemed to be defective or have a manufacturer error, we will offer you the option of an exchange. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you will have to return the original item to the store, whether by shipping or stopping in.

Credit Card Charges
Your credit card will be charged when you place your order for preorders, and at time of shipment for readily available items. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.
